CORY
Hey some people say. I mean. I’ve heard. That. I sort of look like Nick Jonas? The little one? Nick? The one with diabetes or whatever?

JAMES
No yeah. Right. I can see that.

CORY
Really?

JAMES
Definitely.

CORY
I don’t have diabetes, though. Although. If Nick Jonas has it?

JAMES
Right.

CORY
Diabetes must rock.

JAMES
Sure. Sure. Yeah. (Although it doesn’t. From what I’ve heard. So. But.) Yeah. Jonas Brothers. Wow.

CORY
Yeah.
(beat)
I don’t really talk. About the Jonas Brothers so much. Right? Cause. My dad’s not really. You know. He doesn’t understand. So.

JAMES
Right.
(beat)
You generally. Um. Into the boy bands? Or whatever? That sort of thing?

CORY
Sometimes. I mean. It’s mostly just the Jonas Brothers. Though.

JAMES
You generally into the boys, though? Cory?

CORY
Um.

JAMES
Is that what you’re telling me?
(pause)
Ha. Kidding. Kidding.

CORY
Right.

JAMES
It’s okay. Little brother. Boy bands and me? I love ‘em.

CORY
Right.
