It Was A Setup

It Was A Setup is the performance version for three actors of When I Met Juliet. It tells the story of Tim, who's married to Charise and who briefly meets a young actress named Juliet in a bar and ends up walking her home, which, despite his repeated attempts to see her again, is the last time they meet. As he grows increasingly frustrated with her failing to respond, he begins to disintegrate and ends up searching for her thru the Wild West, where he finally dies face-down in the desert after a bartender tells him that a couple weeks prior she'd walked in with another man and ordered a shot of water.
