Tino Allen is an odd little boy. At twelve, he dresses like a very corporate adult on casual Friday, reads the Bible for funzies, and has a photographic memory. Which can, you know, get your ass kicked in Newark, NJ.
But he does have one friend: the school's lunch lady, Bernadette. And when he witnesses her going through a health crisis, he does everything in his power-- and more-- to help her through.
