After major building repairs in 2011-12, a number of interior spaces were desperate for renovations. Here's a peek at the new floor going down in the 2nd floor theatre.

New Dramatists operates under a simple maxim: invest in talented playwrights and support their individual processes.

Our six-decade track record shows that when playwrights have time, space and community resources at their command, they forge truly outstanding artistic work, inspiring artists and exciting audiences around the globe.

New Dramatists invests in artists, not productions. We sell no tickets and generate no earned income, insulating our writers from outside financial pressures as they develop their work. Our entire operating budget is contributed, each year, by donors and friends like you.
