Creativity Fund: Jenny Schwartz

Jan 12 2015 (All day) -- Jan 15 2015 (All day)

Screaming Pigeon
by Jenny Schwartz
directed by Oliver Butler

Screaming Pigeon involves a filthy rich couple who relocate from Manhattan to Brooklyn with their toddler son, fancying themselves to be more laid back than they actually are. Their neighbors turn out to be an older couple who has lived in the building for decades, although they were long ago priced out of the neighborhood. The older couple's teenage daughter babysits for the filthy rich couple’s toddler and from there mayhem ensues. Or does it?

The working portion of this Creativity Fund project is closed. There will be a public reading on Friday, January 16 at 4:30pm.

The Creativity Fund offers playwrights extended time to explore and develop new plays and musicals up to five days.
